Colorado Springs developer plans more apartments
COLORADO SPRINGS — Another new apartment complex is coming to Colorado Springs.
The Colorado Springs Business Journal reports that Darsey Nicklasson, who developed Blue Dot Space apartments at 412 S. Nevada Ave., plans to build a 27-unit complex at 418-422 S. Tejon St. The building would include four stories.
The project will be called Casa Mundi and will encompass 36,000 square feet.
