Aspen home fetches $24.4M in highest-priced sale in more than a year

ASPEN — A luxury home in Aspen has sold for a price that gets tongues wagging even in the tony mountain community.

BusinessDen reports that Costanera Partners paid $24.4 million for a 13,700-square-foot mansion five miles northwest of downtown, Feb. 1. The property at 455 Sunnyside Lane was purchased from LW Development.

The house includes eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a theater, indoor pool, outdoor pool, wine room, butler pantry, caretaker unit, outdoor kitchen and many more amenities, Business Den reports.
