DENVER — The Mile High City’s hot apartment market continues, with developers breaking ground on a 322-unit luxury apartment complex near the Golden Triangle neighborhood.
The Denver Business Journal reports that Legacy Partners and USAA Real Estate Co. broke ground on TriVista, the seven-story complex. The project is located on Speer Boulevard, bounded by 13th and 14th streets. Construction is expected to be completed in 2019.
