Maplewood Shopping Center in Eaton changes ownership

The Maplewood Shopping Center at 201 S. Elm Ave. in Eaton has been acquired for $3.05 million by an investor in Highlands Ranch.

EATON — An investor in Highlands Ranch has acquired the Maplewood Shopping Center, a strip mall in Eaton, for $3.05 million.

Sang Y. Seo of Sky Inc. purchased the 17,614-square-foot shopping center at 201 S. Elm Ave. from Maplewood I Investments LLC, which is registered to Scott W. Renfroe of Greeley. Owners listed the strip center at $3.13 million.

The strip center was developed in 2004 on 2.24 acres by Brunner-Renfroe Real Estate LLC, a group led by Renfroe and Bob Brunner. It is fully leased with eight tenants, including a Subway sandwich shop, Maplewood Wine & Spirits and Camacho’s Mexican Restaurant.
