The 54-unit high-end apartments were constructed in 2015 by Fort Collins developers Jon Prouty of Lagunita Cos., Alex Schuman of Schuman Cos. Inc., and Connie Dohn of Dohn Construction Inc.
Using the entity Feeder Supply LLC, they sold the complex at 311 Willow St. in a deal that closed Feb. 8 to Hillsborough Centre LP, a New Jersey-based company registered to Jonathan Bocina of Boulder.
Realtors involved in the deal said the apartment complex attracted a great deal of attention and is seen by the investor to be a strategic long-term play in the growing downtown area.
Of the 54 units, eight are studios, 23 are one-bedroom units and 23 are two-bedroom units. The property includes 37 covered parking spaces and 11 uncovered, along with on-street parking along Willow.
Alex Schuman and Philip Schuman of Schuman Cos. Inc., represented the sellers, and Jason Ells of Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Collins represented the buyer.
