Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

Students will learn how to create 3-D animation, use 3-D printing and develop mobile applications in Aims’ high-tech classroom spaces.

Breakfast, lunch and giveaways will be provided throughout the day.

The event is a collaboration between Aims Community College, the Loveland CreatorSpace, StudentRND (CodeDay.org) and The Women’s Fund of Weld County.

Ellen Swieter, chairwoman of the Business and CIS programs, said it’s important for students to understand what science, technology, engineering and math, or STEM, education really means and how those careers take personal interests and perseverance to open doors to a variety of careers.
