Radio platform Clip Interactive raises $4M in funding

BOULDER — Clip Interactive LLC, which provides an interactive radio platform, has raised $4 million of a planned $6 million private offering.

Clip Interactive’s chief executive, Michael Lawless, could not be reached for comment.

The funding was detailed in a Regulation D filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Feb. 1. Clip’s offering includes equity, options/warrants and promissory notes convertible to equity securities, with the first sale occurring Jan. 20, 2017.
