California group pays $34M for Aurora, Littleton office complexes

LITTLETON and AURORA — A California company has acquired office complexes in Aurora and Littleton for $34 million.

Business Den reports that Graham Street Realty has purchased the 135,000-square-foot Corporate 25 complex at 7200 S. Alton Way in Littleton and the 219,000-square-foot Aurora Corporate Plaza at Peoria Street and Iliff Avenue. Both properties were sold by True North Management Group of New York.

Graham Street Realty is an affiliate of San Francisco-based Hamilton Zanze.
