Plans submitted for two-story fitness center in Front Range Village

FORT COLLINS — The owner of the Front Range Village in Fort Collins is scheduled to meet with the city’s planners on Monday to go over plans for a two-story, 28,000-square-foot fitness center in the shopping center.

Michigan-based developer Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust has submitted conceptual plans for the fitness center to be built on two of its lots within the shopping center at 2937 Council Tree Ave., west of Ziegler Road.

Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

Documents submitted by Loveland-based Tait & Associates Inc. on behalf of Ramco-Gershenson did not reveal the fitness center’s brand, and a spokesman for the company would not release the name of its client because the deal has not yet been finalized.

Developers often submit conceptual plans to get feedback from the city on what will be required of a project that can affect costs.
