Weber-Harding shifts to High Plains Bank in Longmont

LONGMONT — Kathy Weber-Harding has taken a job with High Plains Bank in Longmont as its business development officer.

Weber-Harding will work with small-business clients for High Plains, the bank said in its newsletter published Thursday.

She has extensive experience as a banker, most recently with Guaranty Bank, which she left in October. She worked as a consultant for High Plains Bank during November and December and became an employee of the bank earlier this week, she said.

Weber-Harding was the president and chief executive of the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce from 2007 to June 2015.

She was with Vectra Bank as a commercial lender from 2003 to 2007, and she was the branch manager for First National Bank of Longmont from 1998 to June 2003.

High Plains Bank, founded in 1908 as the Flagler State Bank, has operations in Flagler, Bennett and Wiggins, in addition to Longmont.
