Hyatt to lead Kaiser Permanente’s efforts in Northern Colorado

FORT COLLINS — Evan Hyatt has been hired as executive director of Kaiser Permanente Colorado for the nonprofit health plan’s Northern Colorado service area.

His first day will be Jan. 3.

Hyatt has more than 15 years of experience leading operations and developing strategic relationships, most recently as president for Pathways Hospice.
Hyatt will be responsible for full operations of the health plan in Northern Colorado, including achieving growth objectives, provider network development and management, internal- and external-care delivery operations and financial performance.
Kaiser Permanente serves 40,000 customers in Northern Colorado where it has medical offices in Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley. A fourth location will open Jan. 9 at 1136 E. Stuart St., Suite 200 in Fort Collins.
