Kendall launches law firm geared for entrepreneurs

BOULDER/DENVER — David Kendall, a founding partner of Boulder-based law firm Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner PC, has launched a new law firm, Bold Legal LLC, that will have offices in Denver and Boulder and focus on transactional and business law for entrepreneurs.

Kendall, a respected lawyer, entrepreneur and community leader, will leave KK&O, which he founded in 2002.

The new law firm intends to serve clients statewide and nationally on mergers and acquisitions, securities, venture capital, private equity, credit finance, startup formations, legal entity governance, employment, equity incentive plans and commercial contracts.
