Fort Collins councilman questions Uncommon project
The Fort Collins planning and zoning board’s approval of Uncommon, a development containing 120 apartments and retail space in a six-story building at 310 S. College Ave., despite objections from city staff and the Landmark Preservation Commission, is being questioned by a city councilman.
According to The Coloradoan, City Councilman filed an appeal that will be heard on Jan. 12. Cunniff said he wants to hear all the evidence before he decides whether the building is too high-impact for the site that had been home to a Perkins restaurant.
