23 shops at Foothills set for holiday opener

Twenty-three stores and seasonal kiosks plan to be open for business on Friday when Foothills, the redeveloped Fort Collins shopping center, holds a holiday tree-lighting and other festivities. Three more stores are expected to launch next week.

According to The Coloradoan, about 60 percent of the property’s 620,000 square feet of retail space has been leased in the $313 million project, and new stores will open as they are completed.
