Spring44 distillery in Loveland raises $595,000 in new equity funding

LOVELAND – Spring44 Distilling Inc. — a distillery in Loveland that makes vodka and gin – has raised $595,000 in new equity funding, according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission recently.

Company officials could not be reached for comment.

Spring44, at 505 W. 66th St. in Loveland, gets its name from the natural spring off of Larimer County Road 44 where the distillery gets its water.

The distillery has raised a significant amount of capital since its founding in 2010. Last year, the company pulled in a $740,000 round. That followed rounds of $478,000 in 2013 and $2.75 million in 2011, according to SEC filings.
