Udi’s, Papa Murphy team up on gluten-free crust

BOULDER – Boulder Brands Inc. and Papa Murphy’s Holdings Inc. on Thursday announced a deal to make Udi’s Gluten Free pizza crust available at Papa Murphy’s stores.

Boulder Brands (Nasdaq: BDBD) is the parent company of Udi’s, which makes a wide range of gluten-free bread and bakery products.

Thursday’s announcement stated that starting this month more than 1,000 Papa Murphy’s stores will offer 12-inch Udi’s crust, though the release also noted that the gluten-free crust will be topped in kitchens that also handle gluten-containing ingredients.
