In Northern Colorado, foreclosure sales fell by 4 percent in Larimer County, with 727 sales compared to 759 last year. Sales held steady in Weld County with 1,448 this year and 1,449 last year.

“At this point, it appears very unlikely that the number of completed foreclosure filings will reach the totals set in 2007 and 2008,´ said Ryan McMaken, Colorado Division of Housing spokesman. “November was a relatively light month for foreclosures, but with the new foreclosure filings still up compared to last year, foreclosures will continue to be a challenge.”
