The Group explains homebuyer tax credits

FORT COLLINS – The Group Inc. Real Estate plans to disseminate information about the two federal tax credits now available to homebuyers.

The next “Conversations with The Group” event will focus on the $6,500 Current Homeowner Tax Credit and the $8,000 First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit. A brief presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session with Bob Klick, CPA, and representatives from The Group Guaranteed Mortgage.

The informational session will be held on Dec. 2 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Group’s office, 2803 E. Harmony Road in Fort Collins. Reservations are required and can be made online at www.thegroupinc.com or by calling Helen Gray, 970-229-0700.
