Loveland Village earns quality award

LOVELAND – The Good Samaritan Society Loveland Village has earned the Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living.

The award was given to only 312 long-term care facilities in the nation. The awards are modeled after the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Awards.

“The AHCA/NCAL Quality Awards … are the most prestigious recognition of quality within the long-term care profession,´ said Bruce Yarwood, AHCA/NCAL president and CEO. “Loveland Village’s … award shows their dedicated frontline caregivers, administrators, nurses and physicians are demonstrating their commitment to quality of care and meeting the needs for our nation’s most vulnerable population.”

Loveland Village, 2101 S. Garfield Ave., will be presented with its award during the AHCA/NCAL’s 59th annual convention and exposition in Nashville, Tenn. Oct. 5-8.
