Heath Construction tapped for two

FORT COLLINS – Heath Construction recently landed two large projects in Fort Collins.

The construction company has been tapped to build Colorado State University’s $6.75 million phase three of the Bioenvironmental Research Building. Heath also built the $7.7 million original building in 2000 and an addition last year. The newest addition will include 21,700 square feet in three stories, and is slated for completion in late 2008.

Additionally, Health won a bid for a $1.6 million addition to Hewlett-Packard Co.’s energy plant on its Fort Collins campus. Health will construct a 2,200-square-foot addition that will include the installation of two 800-ton chillers, two 800-ton cooling towers and other specialty items.
