Lafayette development lands Tractor Supply
The race for retailers is starting to heat up between a pair of Erie and Lafayette developments that straddle U.S. 287 near Arapahoe Road.
The Colorado Hometown Weekly reports that Tractor Supply Co., has signed on to fill one of three anchor spots at the Lafayette Promenade, a 27-acre development on the west side of 287 and just south of Arapahoe Road. That’s just across the highway from Nine Mile Corner, a major development site for the city of Erie at the former site of Prince Reservoir.
