Colorado mortgage company shuts down

The Denver Business Journal reports that W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital, started in 2003 by University of Colorado graduate William J. Bradley, gave little explanation for the closure other than to leave a note on the company’s website noting that the move would “minimize the impact on existing customers and maximize the value of the company’s assets.”
