As craft beer continues to dominate much of the conversation in Colorado, craft distilleries quietly keep adding to their own presence along the Front Range.
The Coloradoan reports that Fort Collins gained its fifth distillery with the opening of Elevation 5003 Distillery, 2601 S. Lemay Ave., on Thursday. The woman-owned business started by former Anheuser-Busch manager Loren Matthews is selling vodka right away and will have whiskey for sale by the end of the month.
