DENVER — A South Carolina company plans to build a 302-unit, 16-story apartment building in the Golden Triangle area of Denver.
The Denver Business Journal reports that Greystar Real Estate Partners will break ground on the project in January, with completion in the second quarter of 2019. The Speer Apartments will be located at Speer Boulevard and Bannock Street, on the site of a surface parking lot, according to the DBJ.
